You pay the business directly: on site, or with «Pay with Swish» to the business's own Swish number where the business offers it. SeeYouSoon takes no payment in the app.

Translation in the chat
In your language.
The app's screens are in Swedish. In the chat with the driver, or with the business you have booked, you can press «Translate» under a message — or switch on «Translate automatically» and choose «My language» from 15 languages: Swedish, English, Arabic, Persian, Somali, Turkish, Polish, Bosnian, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French, Spanish, Finnish and Amharic.
The original is always there
The translation is done by machine, by Cloudflare Workers AI, and is shown only to you who asked for it. The message stays as it was written, one tap away under «Show original», and the translation is kept for at most 30 days. The support chat is not translated.

Customer service and login
In the app you can reach customer service around the clock in Swedish, Arabic and English — at 010-555 88 85, via «Call me back» or by opening a case about payment, cancellation, your account or security. Never replaces 112 when life is in danger. The chat button in the app opens an AI assistant after your consent; money matters and complaints are passed to customer service staff.
You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit one-time code directly in the app. There is no password.

Taxi
Fixed price before you book, and you follow the car live until it arrives. You pay the driver in the car. Read about Taxi.
Express parcel
Send a parcel of up to 25 kg directly by taxi at a fixed price — at the car against a four-digit delivery PIN, or to the door with a door code. Read about Express parcel.
Food
Order from the restaurant's own menu and collect it yourself or have it delivered within the restaurant's area. You pay at the restaurant when you collect, or at the door. Read about Food.
Groceries & late-night shops
Groceries and late-night shops in the same way as Food: the shop packs, you collect or have it delivered, and pay the shop or at the door. Age-restricted goods are never delivered, only collected. Read about Groceries & late-night shops.
Salons
Hairdressers, spas and barbers. Book an appointment and get the confirmation straight away, join the walk-in queue from the salon's QR code or put yourself on the waiting list. You pay at the salon. Read about Salons.
Car wash
Choose a package and extras at a car wash that comes to you or at a wash bay, book a day and time, and move the time if needed. You pay the business. Read about Car wash.
Cleaning
Home, move-out, deep or commercial cleaning, once or as a subscription with no minimum term. The cleaning company invoices you, with the RUT deduction (provisional, 50%) for your home when you enter your personal identity number. Read about Cleaning.
Trades
Describe the job and get quotes from tradespeople in your municipality, at a fixed price or by the hour and with the call-out stated. You approve stage by stage, and the business invoices you. Read about Trades.
Workshop & towing
Book a workshop with the price up front, request a quote from up to three workshops, or order towing and roadside assistance where the car is parked and follow the tow driver on the map. Read about Workshop & towing.
Tyre hotel
Book a wheel change at a workshop or car wash near you and add seasonal storage of the tyres. The prices are the tyre hotels' own, and you pay the business. Read about Tyre hotel.
Moving
Describe the move — or let «Scan the room with AI» list the furniture from your photos — and get quotes at a fixed price or an hourly rate. The moving company invoices you, with provisional RUT on the labour when you enter your personal identity number. Read about Moving.
Freight
Pallets and goods by lorry: Express, full load, part load, return load, container or crane. You see the transport company's price and set your maximum price, or request a quote. The company invoices you. Read about Freight.
Travel & events
Search for flights and see «Trips of the month» from Gothenburg and Arlanda (an ad — you book and pay with the partner), and book tickets to events with a unique QR code, paid at the entrance or free. Read about Travel & events.
Shopping
Order from local shops in the app, and the shop picks the order. You collect and pay in the shop with your four-digit collection code. Read about Shopping.
Dog walking
Book a verified dog walker near you at an open time, 30 or 60 minutes at the walker's own price, and follow the walk in the app. You pay the walker directly. Read about Dog walking.
Not in the app today
We only write about what is up and running. There is no card payment in the app: you pay the business directly, on the spot, against an invoice or with Swish to the business's own number. You sign in with e-mail, not with BankID, and the app does not verify with BankID. Drivers have no car screen (Android Auto). In Travel there are flights and «Trips of the month», no hotel search. SOS is in the taxi ride; in other services «Call 112» is an ordinary link, and in Freight the tracking link has an alarm.
